    Is it normal for the Bicep&Tricep to be bigger than the shoulder.

    I have been lacking in them, for the past month i been doing 3 x 5 followed by 8-12 assistance lifts..

    so take out both chest days, and replace them with shoulders? But my chest is a weak spot too. The front shoulders could be Stimulated with the two benching days right?

    yes, work on the side delts more. upright rows and side lateral raises.
