    I don't understand quest bars.

Look at the quest website http://www.questproteinbar.com/

How can chocolate peanut only have 2g of carbs? It has 25g total carbs and 17g fibre so that's 8g of net carbs, not 2g.

    Is there something I'm missing?

Because they use a variety of sugar alcohols called erythritol, which is the primary component in Stevia. Even though sugar alcohols are not encouraged on keto, erythritol is actually pretty tame and is fine to use.

Alright, I'll give 'em a try. How much do they cost roughly? I think amazon is overpricing them!

I hear good things about Quest Protein Bars.

    Low carb,
    no glycerine
    no sugar alcohols.

    Sounds good to me.

The "natural line" does, but the "original line" doesnt. The orignal line has 6 flavors, so its not like its hard to find one without sugar alcohols.

I keep a stock of Quest bars on hand for when I need them. Love the vanilla almond crunch.

I just stick with the ones that don't have sugar alcohols. Gets me lots of fiber too.
