2 b honest with u mate.....i do myself think im nearer 8% but i dont think im far of 7% really....the shots 2day dont show my condition best...il add another from few nights ago....i just retain in stomach sometiimes....i know my condition at present is about 5-6 weeks out of stage condition for bodybuilding compOriginally Posted by JTeK

hey guys thanks for the positive replies and comments.....il post another shot of when i dieted for bodybuilding in 2010....i was a stone lighter back then 2 how i am now in similar condition......il b totally honest with regards 2 if natural or not.....im not natural at moment.....i dont take in high dosages or do lot of cycles but as i compete in strongman nationally in the uk then i have 2 take 2 be competitive & 2 help aid in my recovery......im dieting 2 compete in the under 202lb strongman class.....i normally compete at 230pounds see.....i will also jump in2 my national bodybuilding comp in september also as i will be staying in shape all this summer

these are a couple of back shots from 2010 diet also......i havent taken any back shots this year yet so when i do il post up & show the difference in size....was happy how came down & looked in 2010 but am a lot better again now i feel
