unfortunately not, i regret that alot, i was about 15 lb heavier before the cut, thats the only info i got brah

Look good bro! How are you 172lbs and 5'7 and that cut? I am a inch shorter and weigh 163 and dont look that ripped!lol I am figureing Im gonna have to get down to 150lbs....

Looking good. I'd say somewhere around 9-10%, maybe less, hard to tell just by the eye!

this is about 2-3 months into cut, and thanks kenny! tbh it would be higher if it wasnt for my shoulder injuries.. they dont hurt as much on dumbell bench so the weights on that has been really goin up
