First of all thank you to Babylover's SS and Babylover for the program. Very helpful and saw strength shoot up.
Lifts Before and After in 6 months
Bench: 100----->>195
Squat: 135----->>230
Dead: 170----->>275 (Hurt my lower back in a car accident so still recovering)
Row: 100----->>200
Weight: 135---->>185 13%bf
Currently am in India BUT will post pics once back....
plan on hitting 3/2/4 plate lift,,
On a second note, i recently had pancreatitis and was wondering if it was related to the whey i was taking (Muscletech Whey Samsclub one)
So my dad is setting a 0 supp policy, and i was wondering if instead of a pwo shake a meal 2-3 after is ok?
On a third note now that i am 185 and have 6 months of training i am highly qualified as a lifter and will start posting youtube videos as i am clearly more knowledgable than serious competitiors

Good job man. Don't worry about getting a 4 plate deadlift, 3 plate squat and 2 plate bench press though. Worry about getting as far as you can on the program then find something else. You may fall short or possibly even exceed these numbers. Just progress as much as you can.
Really Eric? I'm surprised.

Anyone care to comment on the pancreatitis issue?
Also question for eric: Would you take advice from http://goo.gl/25Rzi on how to double your bicep peak even if he had a phD from Harvard? And he said he follows his own program?
Thought it was appropriate for eric: http://goo.gl/Lv3YB
