Here is my routine as an overworked accountant...
I get all of my stuff ready the night before, food, clothes etc.
Wake up = 1 scoop protein + water, pack cooler, shower, and go to work.
hour or so later i eat bfest
eat every 2.5 hours until 4
4pm = 1 scoop protein
4:15 = jack3d - only problem is sleeping after taking this
or I workout at 6am, shower at gym, cooler already packed, and go to work...

It's not hard... I usually go to the gym before dinner though, dunno how or why you are going right after eating.
go home, change, hit gym, eat dinner, then chill. My workouts aren't more than an hour though, and usually are maybe 45 mins.
Been working overtime this week though, so no gym... feelsbadman.

A. workout in the morning, kinda tough for me personally since im not a morning person, i do do it from time to time though.
B. man the **** up after work and go straight to the gym, giving you no rest time to think about whether you wanna go or not.My success is achieved by reaching failure. When I can't do one more rep, that's when I've succeeded.
Forever cutting.

I went to the gym right after at my old job in downtown. If I went home first, it would just be harder to get myself out of the house. Don't really have the problem anymore.
Work, come home, eat, fap, go to gym. But it leaves almost no time to do anything else like play games or watch TV by the time I get back. Such is life.... that's why there are weekends!--------------------- ϞϞ( ๑⚈ ․̫ ⚈๑). ---------------------

yeah fuk that man
If he wakes up at 6:15 to go to work. He would now have to wake up at what? 4 am? And go to sleep at 8 pm?lol
OP: it's about mental toughness. Don't be lazy. Hit the gym at 6 pm. Back home at 8, feeling fresh. If you're struggling now, get a pre-workout supp for energy like Superpump or Jacked or White Flood.
