IF your following a bodybuilding type of diet perfectly all of the time, the body gets used to the caloric intake and thus lowers its metabolism (caloric burning ability) in order to maintain the status quo. There are two ways to avoid this: Caloric Cycling: With this method you just up the calories over the weekend, mainly in the form of good carbohydrates for the PRE and POST workout in order to spike the metabolism,The other is; Once A Week Cheat Meal: this is to introduce a cheat meal in the diet. For those of you that constantly crave a specific forbidden food, this may be a good way to satisfy the craving physically and mentally to accomplish the goal of increasing the metabolism.
How often to have a cheat meal
I recommended that you have a cheat meal only **once a week**(as a last resort). You are only entitled to this cheat meal if you have been ***diligent with your DIET program. A cheat meal needs to be earned and it can be considered as a form of reward for diligently sticking to your diet program, whatever it is. Having said that, set out clear goals which you must achieve at the end of the week to be able to earn your cheat meal.
When is the best time to have a cheat meal
It is best to have the cheat meal on Saturday or Sunday afternoon. You should avoid having the cheat meal on Saturday or Sunday night to avoid going to bed with a FULL stomach. It is very likely that you will go to bed with a full stomach if you have your cheat meal at night. This will adversely affect your weight loss efforts.
NOTE=You need to bear in mind that this is a cheat meal and not a cheat day, if done correctly, this will also trigger your thyroid into high gear again so it will not level off......have fun and enjoy

Notes: FIRST dose of the new Juggernaut HP!!! I will do a full review very soon, but all I can say is WOW! Even after taking the original Juggernaut formula since the beginning of this contest, I still felt a sick rush with HP. I stacked one serving of HP with one serving of the original since I still have a bit of it left. Once I picked up that first dumbbell for back rows, I felt the rush coming in. The pump, intensity and focus was all there. Can't wait to try it again tomorrow for LEG DAY!

Working my way up to 800lbs.! Keep it up, 1,000lbs. is right around the corner.
Glad to be back, all! Yes, I am still training for the August race. I throw in some plyo movements whenever I can and I try to keep my rest times between lifting sets shorter to keep my heart rate up!

Took a dose of HP last night, already love it. Pumps, vascularity, focus, energy. Everything. Full review soon!
So much busier than I thought I would be! But you gotta do what you gotta do. This is what separates the dedicated from the lazy, being able to work hard in and out of the gym.

Sorry for the HUGE update, but I had to fill you Juggernauts in on what I've been slacking on here! I definitely haven't lost touch with training, in fact I have shown great improvement. Numbers are up in most of my main lifts, and I'm getting some nice imagery in the mirror!
I was finally able to unveil my Juggernaut HP for the first time last night, and just in time for my POWER DAYS. Last night, I took a serving of HP stacked with a serving of the original formula, and let me tell you, it felt twice as powerful (if not more). When I finished my session, I felt the energy to go on for another 2 hours!!!
Today, after working a 9.5hr shift, I was fully ready to kill it in the gym for Power Leg Day. Clocked out of work and started sipping on Juggernaut HP and I drove towards the gym. Once I got there, the parking lot looked rather full, but the lights inside were ALL OFF. The gym doesn't close until 8PM on weekends so I figured something might be up. I walked inside and yup, all the lights went out. Apparently their corporate office controls the lighting by timer and they thought the gym was starting SUMMER HOURS today and closing at 5PM (which was changed to keep the current hours, closing at 8PM). Calls were being made back and forth, and at about 6PM they announced that they couldn't get the lights back on so they had to close! What a waste of time and Juggernaut HP! I will have to wake up early in the AM tomorrow to get my LEG DAY in before I head to work. Such a bummer to have already wasted a serving of this stuff!
Power Leg Day log will be up tomorrow! No more slacking. In it till the end. Keep working hard Juggernauts!

I have not mixed them. I never thought about it do to the different ingredients, but since you enjoyed it so much I will have to give it a try. Go hard these last few weeks, I know you will!!!
