    Help after rapid weight loss

    6.0ft
    170lbs

September 2011 I weighed 246lbs (got into bodybuilding properly around feb 2012 to transform my body around) and since losing the weight I have had a bit of a hanging belly at the bottom (not sure if skin or BF) I was wondering whether or not I should bulk 20lbs or so and then cut, maybe this would help with tightening the skin by cutting a lot slower than the rate I originally lost all of my weight.

Is it skin or is it BF?

I'm currently 1 week through INSANITY by Shaun T and was thinking of bulking after the 60 days if my belly doesn't go.

Ignore the paleness of my british skin and the moody face, I was concentrating

thanks in advance for any advice given

Start reintroducing calories slowly, 100-200 every couple of days. Until your in a slight surplus and keep it at that.

    Lift heavy.

    DO NOT CUT.

Thanks for the reply, upped my calories 200 for this week, I'll do another 200 next week and then 200 the week after and keep it at that I think and see the outcome at the end of the 60 days.
