I have been buying products from bodybuidling.com for a while and i still do except for my protein, i now buy my protein from Tr3uprotein.com since you can blend your own types. I usually buy 2 10lbs bottles. 1 mix of Micellar Casein, Hydrolized Whey Protein Concentrate, and Egg White Protein for post workout and replacements meals. Then I buy 1 of Micellar Casein with MTC powder for night time. Just another way.

get a 10lb bag of optimum nutrition whey. it is arguably the best protein, and only costs like $50 shipped

I reckon the second combo with the muscle milk has more calories then the 10 lbs of whey, so id go for the second combo. plus after 10 pounds of somthing you get really sick of it!

2nd combo. Take the Whey during the day, and the muscle milk before bed.

I actually mix my ON powder with Muscle milk, I use the ON as a filler to get more protein and the muscle milk for the flavor and fat. Try it you will like it! I do 2 scoops ON to one scoop MM.
