Well this is my second time doing it but I'm following it 100% to the T this time around since Marist doesn't have a hack squat machine or a seated leg curl machine :/
It's awesome this time around, I almost threw up from my leg session!
Edit: I only have scoop of Gluta-Tren left
Almost out of your Gluta-Tren Erin?I fall off the lifting wagon all the time but I'm still here lol

Again, this stack helped get me through my workout. This was fasted, and I'm sick on top of it. The 4th set for each exercise felt unbelievably heavy. I was worried about the 5th for each, but I got through it no problem.
I'm getting close - maybe enough for next week.https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=17995794

Great chest work Scott. Sad to see that you don't have more gluta. You should bug Alex for more

TKD
45 minute class
Tough class with allergies. My chest was on fire. Got my testing papers, though, so I should be a blue belt in a couple of weeks!
Beautiful day here in upstate NY. After class went to Kevin's soccer game and tonight hubby and I are headed up to the Adirondacks to go to a Boy Scout ceremony. We expect Mike to be called out for the Order of the Arrow. It's a big deal in the Boy Scouting world and he is very nervous about it!https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=17995794

Solid workout. I'm feeling better and felt much stronger. Took cough medicine with codeine so I could sleep and I think that made the difference. Especially since we got home late from Boy Scout camp. Mike was selected for the Order of the Arrow. It was a cool ceremony and he is thrilled. I can't wait for him to get home do I can hear more about it from him.

Can't say enough about this stack. Though, I am now out of Gluta-tren. I'll write up my final review tomorrow.
I was taking Zyrtec. I think I had a cold on top of allergies, which made things worse.
And, thanks! He is so excited.

Gluta-tren Review
Taste 10/10
I had Orange Creme Gluta-tren. I loved it. Tasted like a creamsicle, one of my favs. Only "complaint" I have about the flavor is that I wish Promera would coordinate the tastes of their supps more. I have blue raz Beta-cret, pineapple Con-cret, and orange creme Gluta-tren. That's a lot of flavors to have in a relatively short window. And with my crazy schedule, it would have been easier to mix a couple of things together.
Recovery 10/10
Considering where I was when I started this journal, I expected lots of DOMS. Did not happen. I was sore to the point that I knew that I did something the day before, but never so sore that I was uncomfortable. Also, recovery between sets was great.
Energy 8/10
I used this for fasted workouts a few times and I had great energy throughout the workout - no difference from my non-fasted workouts. I was not a fan of the tingles, though. I felt a constant itch starting towards the end of my workout that lasted for a while afterwards. It was a bit uncomfortable.
Overall 9/10
I loved the Gluta-tren and had some great workouts with it. Marked it down a point because of the tingles and the cost compared to other intra-workouts I've tried and loved. At bb.com you get 20 servings for $30. I've been using another product for years that gives me 90 servings for just under $50. And I can get that product from my preferred vendor, and I can't get Gluta-tren from their yet. If they were to get the product and it would be better priced (Con-cret is much better priced there, so I would expect the same for that), it would be higher on my list.
I can't do those. Can't lift anything from the floor and can't bend down like that anymore.https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=17995794

Residual effect of a burst disc. It's been almost 5 months and I still don't have all the feeling in my leg, so I'm not taking my chances of re-injury. I was lucky to make it to this late in life without any major injuries - I played some sports that were tough on the body and a lot of my friends weren't so lucky!
That, I would do. Though, I once took Con-cret caps with my Beta-cret and my stomach was killing me. It may have been coincidence (I don't always have the strongest stomach), but I've not been brave enough to try again! But mainly, it's just hard to switch between all the tastes. I'm probably weird in this way, but I'd rather have it all in 1 flavor, even if it means 3 drinks!https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=17995794
