Just wondering what is a solid arms size for a teen between 175 and 185 lbs??

That all depends...my arms this summer were 16 inches when I was 180 lbs but that's because most of my weight came from my legs..it all depends man...if you're tall then your arm size is going to be smaller and if you're shorter they're going to measure a little bigger.

5'11' and my arms are 15.2 inches cold and i weight 195 pounds... i could probly go down to 175-180 pounds and be ripped, because atm im not fat but i surely don't have a six pack.
