Backstory: June 11, 1963, Thich Quang Duc, a Buddhist monk from Vietnam, burned himself to death at a busy intersection in downtown Saigon to bring attention to the repressive policies of the Catholic Diem regime that controlled the South Vietnamese government at the time. Buddhist monks asked the regime to lift its ban on flying the traditional Buddhist flag, to grant Buddhism the same rights as Catholicism, to stop detaining Buddhists and to give Buddhist monks and nuns the right to practice and spread their religion. While burning Thich Quang Duc never moved a muscle.
The state of mind he must be in to achieve this makes me think and motivates me.

On another note, On May 11, it will be 5 years since Major Douglas Zembiec " The Lion of Fallujah" (1973-2007) was killed. Died in action during operation Iraqi Freedom.
His words and way of life are true inspiration for me. I live by this quote (from his diary):
"Be a man of principle. Fight for what you believe in. Keep your word. Live with integrity. Be brave. Believe in something bigger than yourself. Serve your country. Teach. Mentor. Give something back to society. Lead from the front. Conquer your fears. Be a good friend. Be humble and be self-confident. Appreciate your friends and family. Be a leader and not a follower. Be valorous on the field of battle. And take responsibility for your actions. Never forget those that were killed. And never let rest those that killed them."
"your men have to follow your orders, they don't have to go yo your funeral"
Be sure to light a candle for this great man to keep his memory alive.

This video chronicles my journey of transforming my body and my life through changing my mind-state, my diet and my exercise habits . I just wanted to share a very personal transformational journey of mine from fat to fit. I hope that I can serve to inspire you to never quit on yourself and believe in yourself. If you like what I created, please share this video with others. It took me a lot to share this with the world, I think that many people will benefit from learning about my journey and applying it to their lives.
Thanks so much,
