    Talking Stim Free Preworkout Stack, help me out

    So I'm looking for a solid stim free Preworkout supplement or stack to have while I am cycling off of Caffeine and Synephrine. Needs to have good pumps and NO CREATINE (Kidney Issues), I've heard good things about Hemavol and also white blood 2 (Heard it takes a few days to kick in and you need a lot of carbs). What has worked for you guys? Suggestions? Help me out here I'm still a somewhat of an Amature. For thermogenics, while I am off of stims I am just doing Raspberry Ketones, Acetyl L Carnitine, and Cayeene. Was taking Irwin naturals Green Tea Fat Metabolizer stacked with BSN Hyper Shred, and my Preworkout Consisted of Karbolyn and White Flood. I follow a balanced diet consisting of 5oz protein, 3/4 Cup Carb, and 1 Cup Greens Per meal, occasional protein bar or bowl of homemade chili loaded with bison and beans also as meals.

    That doesn't seem like it would really give much of a pump, definately a nice energy boost though. Would I take those alone with my PW Carb or stack them with something like White Blood 2, Hemavol, or Body Octane

    lol I saw his log, and hes been commenting on my other forum all night, I think I've decided on Hemavol and Karbolyn Stack, also considering stacking them both with White Blood 2 which I heard is an absolute mega pump, like the kind that hurts. I will probably switch back to White Flood and Karbolyn but this is just during my stim free cycle. I have heard white blood 2 takes a couple days to work, but once it does kick in its insane

    LOL, yes I'm just surfing the forum, doing some hw, while watching ufc 145. White blood 2 worked the first time I used it so yea take it for what it's worth and yes it works damn well as I'm always trying to find the ultimate pump!

    ya I'm going for white blood ($28 BB.com) 30-90 servings, hell of a lot cheaper than Hemavol ($29-$36 16-32 Servings) and from what I've read, just about the same for pumps, ill throw in a B12 Supplement for energy

    At your weight, you should be able to get away with 1 scoop of hemavol, so you would get around the 32 servings.

    That being said, I haven't tried White Blood, so I can't compare the effectiveness of both. I don't think you can wrong with any CL products, though.

    Back when I first started working out I was actually using a combo of powercarb and PurpleWraath and I loved it, however, I have added BPI blox as an intraworkout so I think using PWraath would be overkill on the amino department, however PurpleWraath is still probably one of the best amino supps out there, i just like Blox because its SAAs, I'm just saying as a suggestion here, but Controlled Labs should really look into a Silk Protein/Silk Amino Acid Product. Currently BPI is the only company to have a supp like that, and man do they work. I'm the kinda guy that likes to try new products so I think ilk try white blood for now. I tried Blox before anyone knew about it and I find its absolutely amazing.

    I could never get wb2 to work right for me/without side effects. So for me hemavol owns wb2.

    I have both and tried both. Gave up on wb2 after multiple failed trials with carb #.

    Hemavol = no bs. Works on empty stomach or not. No carb intake required. Kinda like wf but without stims

    How do you take it correctly to avoid side effects because I heard it's absolutely Beast and even better than Hemavol if used correctly, but from surfing the forums it seems that a lot of people have trouble with it. I need a little input from the expert here the "Pump Fiend". I would really like to avoid any or all of the side effects if possible

    I am here my brother lol, but seriously though 1 pill I would say take in about 30-50g of carbs and anything over 50-100 then 2, I recently sent some samples to a friend of mine on here and he had an awesome workout and I asked him if the white blood 2 helped a bit and this was his exact words "Bro.... Insane!!!!", so yea his review will probably come up soon.

    All in all tips would be eat enough carbs when you're taking white blood2

    do you mean that amount of carbs per day or in my Preworkout Drink or during my PW meal?? I am not on any sort of a carb limited diet, I consume anywhere from 20-60 Grams of Carbs per meal, 6 Meals Per day + 25 Grams of Karbolyn Pre and Again Post Workout

    You did say you are getting 25g of carbs with your karbolyn before workout too right? so that would put you at anywhere from 45-85g of carbs right as a preworkout meal so just dose anywhere from 1-2 pills and find your sweet spot.

    Ok and this should be taken with the preworkout meal or like an hour later?? Because my preworkout meal is usually 30-60 min before cardio or 60-90 minutes before lifting. Then the Karbolyn is at the beginning of my cardio and 30 min before lifting

    I take it with my preworkout meal and usually in the gym in about 45 minutes later and it works well enough. Like I said you probably going to have to mess around with the dosing/timing a little bit before you find whats right for you.

    So if I was to finish eating my meal, 30 min before the gym, take WB2 15 Min before the gym. Get to the Gym, drink Karbolyn and Fast Walk for 30 Minutes, then work out, would that be good for Timing?
