lol you will definitely see that! i pulled the 500x2 after doubling up. and by doubling up i assume you mean one serving in the morning and one preworkout or something similar...
although i am going to try 4 pills as a preworkout right before i go for my 405 squat attempt (and yes bros that will be in week 3 of this Wave)

My APE Review:
Energy: 10/10
This was by far the best non-preworkout supplement i have ever used that gave a nice little energy boost. And it was energy that would last throughout the entire day despite some heavy work days and workouts
Libido: 10/10
Wife says thanks never had any issues here but while using APE lets just say i was "twice" as ready to go than normal
Performance Enhancement: 12/10 <--- not a typo
Lettuce be realtea. my max dead was 515 starting APE.... on ym last heavy deadlift day i pulled 500x2 and the only reason i didnt go for a third is my grip wouldnt have held. so yeah lets just say absolutely no complaints about the performance enhancement part
Body Composition: N/A
There was no real goal of losing or gaining weight but i guess i have lost a little fat. but since this was not a big deal to me one way or the other i didnt bother really mapping out bodyfat or anything
looking forward to the next 3 weeks. i have been discussing it with the guy i get my program from and some very heavy PRs are coming up in the next 3 weeks. looking forward to nailing these weights with APE at my backYou would be surprised just how much time I have to waste.

yeah i know i forgot to log in yesterday's workout. sue me. got me a bench today. it is an old bench but looks like new! looks and feels solid enough for benching, it goes from 20-25ish degrees decline all the way to 45ish degrees incline. i can take the preacher curl pad off and it has some leg extension/leg curl attachments too. all in all not too bad of a deal seeing as how it was free
Pre-bench:
Benched Gym:
i now have:
Barbell(45 pounds)
Power Rack
465 pounds of weights(510 total)
Bench
Preacher Curl pad
Pullup bar(on the power rack)
Leg extension
Leg curls
all i really need to get now is a curl bar and adjustable DBs that hold oly plates. You would be surprised just how much time I have to waste.

NOTES
not sure what i can really add to all the PRs i put up there. there are actually more than that but i dont feel like looking through my older workouts to find out which sets were and were not. i do know that my max squat is significantly higher than 385 now. 370 FELT heavy but went up easier than the last time i squatted 370. MUCH easier lol. depending on how the rest of this Wave goes i am thinking 405 is mine on week 3.
other than that i decided to go beltless this entire workout for 2 reasons.... i wanted to and i need to adjust my belt a notch. i am getting to fat for its current placement
Time: 85 minutes
Weight: 218 pounds

you are preaching to the choir here brah lol. i hate the actual deloads but as you can tell from above they do their job well.
BTW, this was a "double dose" day. one in the morning as normal and one preworkout. i would have to judge this as effective when i make my 405 attempt i will be doing this as well. and when i go for 510x2 on deadlifts in week 3.... i would go for more weight on deads but 510 is my home gym's max capacity right nowYou would be surprised just how much time I have to waste.
