Not going there... I am not natty either, but I don't give out routines to natties that are only optimal for those on the holy anabolic trinity. As I only use the cell tech (not the trinity), and care about my strength/power levels massively, I train everything on a very high frequency. ;-)

Never really thought about that until you mentioned it just now but that does sound exactly like what happened. My strength was going up and out of nowhere it plumitted like crazy. I am going to focus on fighting for now and just weight train 2 days a week to maintain as much strength as I can. Heck I might even drop weight training if necessary.

IF and i usually do one meal... consisting of about half ice cream.
Im working on my PRs right now...
but my talent isnt really in the weight room... its on the baseball field. i dont have to be stupid strong.
although i will do my darndest to get there.
