Whats the difference between Natty Peanut butter and regular PB?

IIRC, some "regular" PB's use partially hydrogenated oil (which processes sat fats to trans fats) to keep it from separating.

The less processing the better I suppose. Doesn't stop me from eating it lol.

my understanding is you want to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time?...good luck with that

as for the peanut butter, if you're consuming it in small quantaties, like spread on toast or something the difference is negligible, go for whatever you like

the difference is in the preservatives and the oils used. however i usually just eat regular skippy creamy (sometimes skippy natural creamy) but overall i really don't notice a difference . not worth paying the extra $ for "natural" in my opinion

I go with natural for one the only ingredient is peanuts and no added oils and for two there is no sodium!
