So our lacrosse practice start up this week...Im still trying to bulk up! Will running and playing lacrosse monday-friday hinder my affect in the gym? What do I need to do to counter my lacrosse practice?

I did lacrosse in high school and had a blast. What position do you play?
See lacrosse as a blessing more than a negative. Your cardiovascular health will soar and your body fat % should decrease (good for the ladies.) Increasing your calorie intake and maintaining proper nutrition (example: "x" amount of whey protein) is a good idea when you'll be running so much.
You may notice a decrease in strength when hitting the weights but after your body adapts you should return to normality.
