Please help me with this? I have lost loads of fat and pack a considerable amount of muscle but that fat face look is still lingering, how do i trim the fat off to give a better bone structure to it if you get me?

I'm in the same boat as you, man. Don't sweat it too much, I've lost about 10 pounds since i started cutting and even though the rest of my body has improved, my face is still the same. Just be patient, its healthy to drink alot of water (I drink just a little over a gallon a day) but at the same time, your face will look less "boney" if your retaining water. So its kind of oxy-moronic. I'm not saying to go de-hydrate yourself, just be patient. Think of chubby face as the last bit of fat on the lower abs, you know it's a pain in the ass and it always seems to be there, but keep working and it'll be where you want it before you realize it.

In my experience the sunken in face, very angular/chizzled look is literally one of the last things to come for me. Ive only been as low as 10/11% and I was just starting to get that very angular "chizzled" or look to my face and jawline. Bishes were mirin LOL. Feltgoodman.

Theongokuwho: Yeah i know water bloats the face, sometimes you would nearly want to rip that face off. . true i guess patience will be the only thing i need i guess and well make it so we will if its the last thing we do.

BigD: yes your at where i want to be now, obviously the physique is more important but yano that strong jaw with the cheekbones gets women queing at your front door so to speak.

Know the feeling bro. I never lost the baby cheeks. Not much you can do aside from get super lean, though I do find that lifting heavy tends to accentuate the "hero chin" jaw look.

depends on genetics, ur jaw muscles and ur jawbone structure, for me, my face starts to really lean out when going below 13%, plus the fact that I have big jawbone and strong jaw muscles. A picture would help, u might not be as lean as u think. Don't expect a lean face until when ur truely around 12% BF for most ppl.

Some ppl have weak jaw and different facial structure, so it really depends on multiple factors, just cut till ur happy.

nice, now i know i have to get to 10% body fat to thin out my face... too much baby panda face since im asian too

I have the jaw for it, due to the fact the lads at the gym take the piss saying you wouldn't break that jaw if you dropped 20 stone on it. Jaw bone is like a rugby ball. Lol Them pictures are crazy, the transformation, fair ****s to you.
