    Look like good progress for 5 months

    anyways right now im only 5'6 137 im a small person in general im right now in BJJ and just basic striking and MMA classes i go to the gym 5 times a week and i love it....

    heres what i look like right now...so am i just not seeing a difference or do i look like a good weight and muscle tone or fitness? thanks dudes will really appreciate any comments good or bad...

    i went from weighing 112 to 137 in a little over 5 months....do this look like good or decent progress? any help will be appreciated good or bad!

    Can't measure progress without a before picture, just saying. But granted if you went from 112 to 137 lbs, and are as lean as you still are, you seem to have done it right.

    yeah i dont have any progress pictures unfortunately im not looking to get real big because i want to stay in bantam weight class i may try to bulk and go up to 155 depending on how next week goes.
