Greg made some pretty insensitive comments about the special Olympics while he was in a spat with another forum member.

My personal annoyance with that incident and some of his other shenanigans aside, I thought chocolate covered banana was one of the best proteins I've ever had. Chocolate PB was a miss with me though, and haven't tried Cinnabun...but chocolate covered banana was again, outstanding.

Best protein in term of taste AND value. I've had slightly better tasting proteins, but their values blow. Alway have 2-3 tubs of Trutein with me while trying through every other brands.

I need to try out some Trutein. I have been on ON Gold Standard for over 3 years. Double Rich Chocolate. I like Chocolate proteins. Any good chocolate flavors in Trutein? And where can I get some of these "samples"?

Trutein has a regular Milk Chocolate, as well as 'Chocolate Indulgences' such as Chocolate dipped Strawberry, Chocolate Covered Banana, and Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup which are all fantastic IMO. You can get samples off of the TNS site

I prefer the chocolate-PB/banana over the other chocolate varieties. Or you could try their -ology protein line that has Jamocha which tastes similar, and amazing. I wish they make Trutein in this flavor.

I've seen a lot of good reviews on the taste but at the same time I've seen some very bad one seems you either really like or or really hate it.I might end up trying it but I'm wondering does this flavor get old quick? Like you get sick of it quickly?

I have just had a sample, it is something I could see myself buying in the future. It is not as good as XF 2.0 IMHO, but comparing the two profiles I did not expect it to be. It goes good with water too which is always a good sign for a protien
