For just curious, on the wife's side a 25+ year old west german sig p6. On my side a G26 with a few minor mods so it doesn't suck quite so much. For inside the house maybe a situation, a newish mossberg 835 with a 24" ported barrel, 5 round choate mag extension, 7 round 3 gun gear side saddle, 5 round stock shell holder, mueller open red dot and choate breacher choke loaded with 11 rounds of 2-3/4" 0 buck - I would have never believed it but this thing throws a wider pattern than a 12" barrelled 500. The experts say it's 'cause the barrel is backbored to ten gauge spec the entire length and the breacher choke is the most open thing going atm. I dunno...or care. I just know it's a keeper. For outside in the yard, a 25+ year old oly car.

Keep my CAI WASR2 AK74 right by the bed with two 30 round mags, and the winchester SX3 is in the closet by my bed with the mosin. Plenty of ammunition for all, 00 buck with a slug chaser for the SX3.

Always keep the DMPS ORC loaded downstairs along with the rest of them as well.
