Very pleased with my progression. 480 felt the same as 460 did 2 weeks ago. In 2 more weeks I'll bump it to 500 X 5. I'm trying to do this portion of my workout beltless.

I would've done it if I hadn't gotten hurt @ my contest in Cary in October but then I wouldn't be doing the super awesome Powerlifting Meet in April so I guess it all worked out for the best
EDIT: That contest is going to be pretty bad ass....Tom Mutaffis will be there along with Adam Scheer who is competing at the Arnold this weekend. Adam competed in the Cary contest and is simply a freak of nature.Better Body Sports
