In on first page! Been listening to a lot of this sort of stuff lately (below). Nest are fantastic neofolk, as are Empyrium. Agalloch need no introduction I hope, and if they do, well...
Also put some October Falls in here too. Great black/neofolk project. Didn't expect the band to be from Finland, but turns out it has the Ensiferum bassist and Moonsorrow drummer.
EDIT: Actually going to put in some Irrwisch too. Black metal with a cello introduction. Intro sounds a little thalassic and when the black metal kicks in...whoa...I seriously suggest you listen to this:
