Worked up to planned opener of 315.
Bench Press-
45x3
135x3
185x3
225x1
275x1
315x1
Sled (75 lb's)
200'ish yards x2
I've been literally pain free in my shoulders for a number of months. I think it's worth it. I do 3x15'ish on all of those exercises 2-3 times a week at least. And of course 50 reps of Face Pulls a week which is a big part of it I think, too.

Fast opener was fast.
I'm with you on the band stuff. I keep a lacross ball and an EFS Light Band in my office @ work and do pull aparts to the front and pull downs over my head when I get bored (basically all day )Better Body Sports

Well, I guess today was the last gym day before the meet. I may go drag the sled a few more times between now and then, and do some stuff with bands to keep the juices flowing. 455 felt easy.
