    Remember kids, FOR THOSE WHO RECOMMEND PPL TO EAT 2g of PRO SHOULD BE IN TEEN SECTION

    Remember, if u tell ppl or recommend or just say that u need to eat 1.5-2 g of protein per lb of BW(especially bulking) u should be in teen section ONLY. Dont u even think about going somewhere else a flame the fuk out of ppl who ask completely different questions about protein.

    what are you talking about? i read your post and you asked if that was enough protein from food, she answered with a 'no'. if your method of bulking is so sure-fire, then why are you asking the question in the first place? i'm not a huge proponent of 1.5-2 grams of protein per lb of BW, but that is pretty close to everything i've heard or read, maybe a bit on the high side. i personally gained with less, and so have you, but that's no reason to bash her for trying to help.

    and i see personal trainers and nutritionists all the time who don't look like they know much; are we to believe that they don't deserve for their input to be heard, especially when it's been asked for, as in this case? just because she isn't a Cathy Priest or something doesn't mean she knows zilch.

    and if i'm not mistaken, your age said you were 19, so technically, don't YOU belong in the teen section? yeah, so go back. not hard to tell why you've been negged so much.
