actually i dont do any cardio, however, i do play basketball at least once or twice a week. usually i sweat a lot when im playing so i would consider that my cardio. Its a lot better for you and at the same time it's not boring. Also, I believe it burns more fat and calories. Usually i play 3 on 3's or 5 on 5 full court.

I eat between 4- 6 meals a day, some meals may be small ones but always eating something in a couple of hours. Yea i'll have cheat days here and there but i dont necessarily have a whole day "cheat" day. I might eat a bad meal in between one of my meals and do it once or twice a week. I try to keep it pretty strict. I usually try to do chest, arm, back, legs, shoulder days, so at least 5 days a week. Usually hit lower reps at the beginning and higher reps at the end of my workout. Let me know if u need more advice. i'll try my best to explain and reply!
