    2 Month Bulk 170-183 (Pic)

    Yo guys my lifts went up quite a bit but i don't see much muscular gains. I started bulking 2 months ago and i plan on bulking for maybe 3 more months. Any constructive criticism?


    Before and after lifts

    Squat 225 x 5 - 265 x 8

    Nah i'm not doing any cardio atm until i start cutting. My diet is primarily eggs, beef, chicken, fish, rice, potatoes and of course veggies for my 3 big meals. In between i have 3 snacks, greek yogurt is a great snack like 15g of protein in one container, and then i have a protein shake with 2 scoops of protein and some PB right after my workout

    Btw guys, is my frame big enough to look muscular when i'm cut? That's my goal, to look muscular even when relaxed and cut

    You'll look muscular if you keep bulking. If you cut now you'll just look skinny to anyone who lifts. Keep it up tho

    Nice gains man, reps. Don't stop bulking after 3 months, you look quite lean still so you will have no reason to cut unless your 20%+ bodyfat. You should bulk the whole year out

    Eat more. If you haven't gained weight, you haven't eaten at a calorie surplus most likely.
