I've googled and asked people I know but I am wondering what recipies some of the members on bb.com have for high calorie shakes [ between 800-1500cals].
Taste is not TOO important, but it has to have some It does not have to be 100% clean since I am doing a hybrid routine leaning towards pl.
Anyway, list away!

i have the following every morning upon waking and again after a workout.
2 cups oats
1 cup milk
water
banana
1 scoop protein
squeeze of honey
optional: peanut butter scoop
it works out to more than 800 kcal. and it's VERY friendly for bodybuilding. Just throw it all in the blender and blend for 1 minute. If it's too thick, add water or ice cubes and blend more.5'11, 211 lbs, 20%bf

when i was bulking in the off-season for wrestling, i used this shake to start my day:
1 Cup Oats
16 Ounces Skim Milk
1 Banana (or any fruit you prefer)
2 Tbsp. Natural Peanut Butter
thats just what i used. Pretty basic shake but you can add or subract anything you would like. The taste depends on the fruit mainly. Just blend all these together, but make sure you grind up the oats firstBangor Wrestling
