No such thing as pointless IMO, but far from optimal. What I find helps is to use mostly freeweight options which are portable. For example, if he suggests BB SLDL or DB RDL I would opt for DB's as I can move them right next to me where the second exercise is located (in the WM for example it is RDL and military press). I try stick to exercise choices from his lists which don't limit me to machines or racks.

But yeah this is the best routine i've used, I can't wait to try out other waterbury stuff and also go back to this routine at some point since its produced great results.
I'm off for 10x3 front squats, situps and calf raises.WOW, STRONG TEA - MY BRUV FITNESSMAN

Good Job Prophet.
I'm doing Max-OT right now and making great gains in strength. I'm intrigued by this thread though. Maybe when my gains come to hault with Max-OT I will make a switch. Keep updating your workouts please!
I agree going from a low rep to a high rep workout is shocking to your body. When I tried HIT briefly, the sets of 20 on leg days were nearly unbearable. I switched back to Max-OT quickly. Basically because i wasn't patient enough to wait and see gains, but more so because I just like working out more often than twice a week. Anyways, keep it up and let everyone know how it goes.Last edited by Fender_Bender; 12-22-2005 at 05:05 AM.

Update-
Finished ABBH, LOVED it, added some good size and stength.
I am now doing the Big Boy Basics routine as a taper between the higher volume routines, and will prolly attempt TTT next.
I will keep this updated.WOW, STRONG TEA - MY BRUV FITNESSMAN

Looks insane. I'd be eager to see someone make a journal of it...
