    I need a new program!

I need some help with a new program. I am trying to lose fat and build/maintain muscle. I would prefer a 3-4x week workout. I previously did The New Rules of Lifting for Women program and had pretty good results. I want to try something else though. Any suggestions????

    Thanks

Basically you are looking for any solid full body program. I like this one http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=4195843

The workout alone isn't what is going to make you lose the fat though. Working out will do its part to maintain the muscle (use it or lose it).

You need to cotrol your diet in order to get rid of the fat. Here's a place to start: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=121703981

you could look into "body by design" by Kris Gethin or his Hardcore trainer on BB.com...they both are great for burning fat and maintaining muscle, plus they have nutrition pans too!

but Wildtim is right, nutrition is the most important part! you can workout as much as you want, but if your nutrition is off it wont matter.

Thanks for the input. I know diet is the most important part. I'm working on getting my calories, macros, menu, together now. I'm thinking about doing the New Rules of Lifting for Women again, since the first time my diet was not that great. I'm also considering doing Jamie Eason's LiveFit trainer. I haven't decided on which one I want to do yet. Any thoughts?

    Thanks
