    ZMA and CLA products

    i was looking into adding a supplement to the protein supps that i take already take and was looking at zma and cla products. the goal is to help build lean mass and stay lean. there were a few reviews on the zma products that tend to say you get a great sleep but nothing on the muscle building effects it has and with the cla products improving body composition and stuff like that.
    little confused on what maybe to try and it'd be good to get some idea on what would be best for helping the mass gaining goal if any

    ok so look, ZMA is minerals
    if you're taking a multivitamin with minerals you don't need the ZMA
    if you're looking for a natural sleep supplement, go with Melatonin


    CLA is useless crap. i was into cla at one point until i realized that its pointless and theres way more negatives than positives

    read the wikipedia on cla and you'll see for yourself

    good to know bout the cla cause i was leaning more towards that. might have to start up again on the multi vitamins. was taking ON opti-men a while back but just stopped for no reason. are there any hormone booster type things that are worth it at all? i've been cycling jack3d for like a year and its pretty good but again would it be worth trying juggernaut for a change
