Isoflex Peanut butter chocolate Pumpkin Cookies
1/2 stick of butter
1 egg + 1 extra yolk
1/2 cup splenda brown sugar mix
1/2 cup brown sugar
8 oz pumpkin puree
Vanilla
^^ combine in a kitchenaide or by whatever ****gytime economical way of mixing you prefer
Add:
8 scoops ChocoPB Isoflex - you can use less if you want but you'll need to add some flour and sugar
1.5 cups flour
1tsp salt
1/2tsp baking soda
1tsp baking powder --> this is key
Add in chocolate chips or whatever if you want them - I like to add bitter or semi sweet chocolate chips because the sweet flavor of the isoflex punches through
Bake up --> I just ran out of my isoflex and need some $$ to replace it so no pictures, but if I win, I'll make a similar recipe and post up the pics!
Edit: I brought these to thanksgiving and no one had any clue that they were macro friendlywww.xccellence.com

Oh do you know the Muffin Man?
These would be great if you subbed the Banana IsoFlex for the Strawberry Myofusion that I used:
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350.
2. Prep a 12 cup muffin pan by putting in liners or spraying with Pam.
3. In a medium bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients (down through cinnamon) and the oatmeal(at bottom of list), and set aside.
4. In a large bowl, whisk the next 7 ingredients (***e through the egg).
5. Add the dry ingredients into the wet, stirring until moistened. Gently fold in the blueberries.
6. Spoon batter into the muffin pan (a 1/4 cup measuring cup works well for this).
7. Bake for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
8. Enjoy with bacon, eggs, and coffee
