Sup guys sorry about this repost but my last thread my roommate deleted it as a joke so I might as well repost it.
Things you need.
Carbamide Peroxide Gel Dental Professional Teeth Tooth Whitener Whitening Kit
The best ones to get would be 20%-35%. More than 35% would be too strong. Less than 20% would take a while before results
You want something like this (wasn't the exact one I got though)
30CC 35%-KIT TOOTH WHITENING+LED LIGHT+REMINERALIZATION
http://www.ebay.com/itm/30CC-35-KIT-...15948920788576
Here was the one I got from Ebay
lt would also be good to have a desensitizing toothpaste to use for a couple of weeks before you start the Carbamide Peroxide. A good one is
Sensodyne
http://us.sensodyne.com/Sensitivity_...6264&kw=304048
Something else good to have along with that is dental floss
I use Oral B Glide
http://www.crestprohealth.com/crest-...d|4512926393#1
Whitening Toothpaste would also be a good adition to add to your stash
Crest Pro Health
http://www.crestprohealth.com/crest-...d|6166207133#1
Ok onto the actual directions
The kits are all basically the same.
1. Dip the mouthpieces into boiling water for 5 seconds. One at a time. Put in your mouth and suck hard so it forms to your mouth. Do the same with the bottom piece.
2. Apply 1/4th cc of Peroxide onto the front part of the mouthpiece for the top and bottom pieces. One tube is usually 10 cc so it lasts for quite a whle
3. Leave it on for 30 minutes
4. Repeat the process above if you'd like for more whiteness, although I don't recommend this
5. Brush your teeth and clean the mouthpieces.
(mine also came with a light and re mineralization gel so I'll go onto that also)
6. Put 1/4th cc of Peroxide onto the top and bottom again. Put into mouth and put the light in your mouth. Wait 10-30 minutes. Remove and brush teeth
7. Clean mouthpieces and put some re mineralization gel onto the mouthpieces. Put in your mouth and take out in 5 minutes.
Warnings
1. Do not go longer than an hr on the Peroxide. I started to feel a bit sensitive after 45 minutes)
2. Don't get the peroxide on your gums. It'll turn em white temporarily
3. Your teeth will be a little bit sensetive but goes away in 30 min-1 hours.
4. You will see results on the first cycle of this but don't be tempted to do another cycle on the same day.
Ask any questions you got here
Before and after pics of me.
Tonight. Before the peroxide
A couple of hours later
results of day 2
also new progress. it made my teeth shiny for some reason. dunno. I think I put too much remineralization gel on the mouthpieces. definitely whiter from yesterday. the light kind of reflected off my teeth sorry about that. might retake the picture. did 2 sessions without the light and a 20 min session with the light then 10 min session with the remineralization gel
Here's how much Peroxide I used and the thermoforming trays
Started at 10. This tube will last for quite a while and it came with 2.

you won't be dissapointed
um it comes with enough for 60 applications. the effects last the same amount as a regular whitening from your doctor
I asked my dad about it before I brought it. He's a pharmacist/chemist and he told me it's the same as the ones used by doctors. The ones they give you to take home after a professional appointment is 10%-16%. This is just a stronger version of it. This actually goes into your teeth because it turns into hydrogen proxide and bleaches your teeth out from within. Not like the old crest strips where it actually tears enamel off your teeth.

same as a regular whitening from the doctor I'd assume. Since it's using the same stuff and basically doing the same thing. (yes had a $900 professional cleaning before and experience from parents) around 4 months-1 year depending on what you eat. this stuff has 60 applications so you're set for a long time
intredasting

Shiny teeth brah reporting in. I'm surprised how many people are shocked by his results. Good thread nonetheless and great advice, though those being your results after the first night I am doubtful. Carbamide Peroxide is a highly effective way to obtain whiter teeth and you most likely will notice results on the first application, but I doubt you'll see results as substantial as that unless the LED light really adds to the effect?
Either way, here's some more products that you could use to stack with your Carbamide Peroxide gel:
And here's my teeth:
