    Nausea while taking Craze

So I just started taking Craze a few days ago, and I've been experiencing a decent bit of nausea when I workout. I've only been taking one scoop before I lift. I also take Universal Animal Pak everyday, and 2 scoop of Muscle Pharm's Creatine before and after my workout so I'm not sure if it could be reacting with anything in those supplements. I'll also add that I've never had this side effect before with any other pre-workout which is why I am concerned.

I wait the directed 30-45 minutes. And 4 scoops of Muscle Pharm's creatine is really not a lot. The directed amount is 3 so another scoop is really not that much more.

You don't even need 3 scoops, especially with craze. I would maybe take 1 scoop on days you use craze and 2 scoops on off days. Would be more than plenty

I thought I'd seen someone mention nausea. I haven't experience that myself. I wouldn't think that creatine would cause nausea (does it?), but that does seem like more creatine than is beneficial. I'd think it was just an unusual reaction to someting in Craze, but it's always hard to know for sure.

To much creatine gives me nausea. I'd take craze pre then add the creatine to your post shake or sometime after.

More importantly your kidneys won't be thanking you for that extra creatine... Add to this the animal pack you take everyday... At 20? Your liver and your kidneys must hate you right now! I hope you drink plenty of water and take milk thistle?

Animals packs are one of the supplements that will put a fair bit of pressure on your liver due to amount of differents contents inside. I'd strongly suggest taking 1 milk thistle three times daily with his product.

Take a look at the ingredients and content values in an animal pack and then ask a doctor if taking them all every day at 20 will cause extra strain on the liver, and if milk thistle would be of any benefit.

"the doctor said" isnt valid here.. ask a doctor if supplementing with creatine is alright, he'll probably tell you its steroids and you'll fawk yourself for life.. please come back with studies in your next response.. yes it makes your liver work.. but its nothing close to needing thistle or other support..

Anything that is way over the rda will put strain on the liver and kidneys, having a look at the levels, some of them are way over like into 1000,s, having them over a long period of time would no doubt put some extra strain on the liver that simple liver support such as milk thistle could help to ease.

highly doubt the creatine/pak is making you feel sick..............inb4 it throws off the ratio's! so thats obviously why he feels sick

try backing down to like a 1/2 scoop of craze, you sure wouldnt be the first to report some sort of nausea's feeling after taking craze *myself being 1 of them*
    goodbros, always and forever.
