Protein Supplement experience: Every flavor of original myo (banana is my favorite out of any brand/flavor ive tried) after that id say vanilla>strawberry>choc>choc mint>choc pb. Also have had Intrapro chocolate, Betancourt Big Blend vanilla cap. and white choc, Isoflex choc PB and choc mint, Trutein banana, XF UP 2.0 choc, strawberry, and cinnamon roll, as well as many many others (worked at GNC for 2 years). Original myofusion was my favorite for banana, vanilla, and stawberry and intrapro is my favorite chocolate.

Current supplements (exact brand/product name): All I have open right now is a tub of banana myo, tub of banana trutein, tub of vanilla cap and which choc big blend, some bulk BA and CM, a tub of focus XT i normally use preworkout, and a tub of bullnox i use occasionally. As most beginners, I bought ON 100% Whey as my first protein. I wasn't happy with it - the flavor left much to be desired and I noticed it didn't help in terms of recovery or muscle gain. Then, I found the light: Myofusion. I started out with a tub of the chocolate, and I loved the flavor; it tasted better than Nesquik to me. Then, after that was finished, I bought the vanilla and I loved that even more. The butterscotch aftertaste is what really makes it for me.

Short term goals: I just had surgery two days ago and I'm Laid up in bed for a few days so I'm trying to keep my size on I don't feel like eating much so some good protein will help. I have tried all kinds of supplements, but the one I have had the most experience with is protein powder. I have tried all kinds of protein, from creatine to whey, and all types of brands.

Short Term Goal:

To gain a few pounds of muscle in the winter, and then lose some fat in the spring. Also, to gain a bit more knowledge about supps, fitness, and bodybuilding.

Long Term Goal: To become very knowledgeable about all-around fitness, and find out about more and more aspects of the fitness spectrum. Also, to gain a lot of muscle.
