Thank you to UNCNate and Crowler for providing me with the opportunity to log AI Sports RecoverPro. AI Sports is one of the most generous companies in the business. They provided me with a LARGE tub of Recoverpro plus a bunch of samples and a t-shirt. Awesome, thanks guys.
Excited to get this log started. Already completed for my workout for the day today, so the log will officially start tomorrow. Also, I would provide a bit more information about myself and my goals in subsequent posts.

This log comes at the perfect time for me. Just finished final exams yesterday and started winter break today. My package happened to come today too. AI Sports, are you a wizard? . So a little about me and about my goals.
Background:
I have been overweight all of my life. Three years ago, when I started lifting regularly, I weighed 235 pounds at 5'5". I was very overweight and unhealthy. After about two and half years of following a bodybuilding lifestyle, I was able to get down to 153 pounds. At that point, I felt that I needed to gain some muscle, so I bulked for about 3 months until now. I am currently at about 160 pounds.
Goals:
My current goal is to cut to about 145 or 150 before summer. I want to take it slow and minimize loss of muscle. On my last cut, wasn't watching my macros as closely as I should have, so I lost too much muscle.
Workout Plan:
For my cut, which started today, I have switched to 5/3/1. Prior to that, I was doing the PHAT routine by Layne Norton. Wanted to change to a routine that was more focused on power and low volume during my cut. I'm hoping that a low volume/power program, combined with a solid diet and supplementation plan will allow me to maximize fat loss and minimize muscle loss.
In addition to lifting 4 times a week, I plan to do cardio at least 3 times a week.
Nutrition:
I follow an intermittent fasting eating pattern. It allows me to eat larger meals, so that I feel more satisfied, which is very important on a cut. I try to keep it simple and eat nutritious, unprocessed foods as much as I can. I will be logging all of my meals. Not affiliated

I thought about doing a fast where I only eat twice a day. I would have my 1st meal at noon (600-700 Cal) and then have my last meal at post work out at 7 (900-1100 cal). I would sip on BCAAs in the morning between waking up and my 1st meal at noon. I need to shock my body and I think this would do that.
Also, how are you dosing the perform?

Wanted to give some of my thoughts about RecoverPro.
I like the formula. BCAAs + flavoring. Plain, simple, effective. No unnecessary ingredients. Recoverpro is one of the best bang for the buck BCAA products on the market. It also tastes very good and mixes pretty well. I like it, thumbs up so far.Not affiliated
