2 pieces of whole wheat bread with light amounts of butter on one side
6 pieces of turkey
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Also had 2 cups of coffee to help get things "moving".

1 whole grain bagel with 1 slice of ham, 2 eggs, and 1 slice of cheese. about 600 cals. Plus for those of you (like me) who don't have time to cook in the morning...Make it the night before put it in a container and then just throw it in the microwave for 45 seconds or so and it tastes the same as if it was fresh.
