2 pieces of whole wheat bread with light amounts of butter on one side
6 pieces of turkey
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Also had 2 cups of coffee to help get things "moving".

1 whole grain bagel with 1 slice of ham, 2 eggs, and 1 slice of cheese. about 600 cals. Plus for those of you (like me) who don't have time to cook in the morning...Make it the night before put it in a container and then just throw it in the microwave for 45 seconds or so and it tastes the same as if it was fresh.

Turkeys do not have any meat that resembles bacon (which is pork belly). Just buy and eat regular (pork) uncured bacon, and profit from the all natural goodness.

I know, my wife and in-laws buy that crap and microwave the hell out of it until it's cardboard. They bert stare me when I just pull it out of the package and eat it and say it's raw, etc. I tell them whatever it's strips of sandwich meat with white stripes in it. Fully cooked like a hotdog, lol.
