I buy the flavored chobani yogurts since the plain is too digusting to me, but I notice that there is about 20g of sugar per serving. Is this bad? I don't know all the facts about sugar, but this seems quite high.
Would it be okay to spread the yogurt on my cereal in the morning? I switch between two kinds: one with 7g sugar and the other with 10g sugar. I don't want to be taking in too much, but then again I don't know like I said.

while wp is right, personally, i don't like the sugar or make-up of flavored chobani. i go for 2% f*ge. if you don't like it plain (never understand how people don't, but apparently tons of people don't), add your own berries, sliced up bananas, or honey or whatever. but as said, it's fine. eat what you like and what fits w/in your cals and macro's. and a flavored greek yogurt isn't going to make any difference in achieving your goals, whatever they may be. you seriously worry abt going apesh*t crazy on chobani some day?
