Ive been working out for a while and Im thinking about getting some supplements for my workout. Im currently taking a multi-vitamin and taking inner armour nitro-peak protein after my workouts, but when I start lifting hard at school I want to maximize my gains as much as possible. Ive been trying to get a lot of info on whats is ok and what is not for teens and I just need some more info on it. Im also on a budget so Im not going to have everything I can get I just need some info on if this would be good for me. I want to use muscle pharm assult for pre-workout, muscle pharm recon for post and their creatine. Would this be a good stack for me? Any info would be great!
Multi is fine, but whole foods will give you the best gains. If you're really on a budget, I would spend it on quality meat rather than powdered proteins.
I know that eating right will help and Ive been doing that for 3 years. Now Im trying to really up my ability and I know that supplements will help. My friend started using creatine and his gains were pretty amazing. Maybe I should just mix creatine with my protein? Give me some ideas!
