Rate My Bicep

Been training just over a year and a half, yes I squat, yes I train all my muscle groups so please don't hate, just rate and give me your opinions
I train my biceps a maximum of once per week so inb4 any bicep warrior comments.
I've just turned 19, I weigh 87kg (around 190lbs) and I think I'm around 12% body fat but I've never had it checked.

Whats your routine?
My bi's are one of my hardest parts to grow because I'm only 5 foot 6 and after 15 inches they became rebellious pricks....Stats(As of October 29th, 2011)
Bench-245
Squat-250
Deadlift-325
Weight-160
By December 1st, 2011
Bench-260
Squat-275
Deadlift-340
Weight-170
Then two month cut, and entering my first show.
