Wow, just last year we were talkin bout BTK protein powders plus a site and all, back in your first journal, and now we're gettin one step closer to accomplishin that? In on this, you know it my dude!
Skrillex came to Singapore back in June, heard it was off tha hook. All them underaged girls goin crazy, lol. Why's Skrillex spinnin at 7 though?
This! Yo I don't even lift, let alone rep BTK like the other dudes here, you ain't spottin me for the T! Plus Singapore doesn't even allow NO-Xplode here, and we know BSN ain't got NOTHIN on BTK - think they'll allow a shirt of a diseased arm in here?
Seriously though when I fight I'm reppin that shirt, hell yeah!

LIIIIIIIIIIIGHT WEIGHT! EASY SHYT. Increase in reps.
Then did a drop set with 100lb DBs and got 10 reps. Sick buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuurn!!
OWN THIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIS.
Double digit reps on all 4 sets with 145lb DB inclines at 207lbs BW.
Thats easy. My first exercise. All fresh. Anybody can do that. SRS. My grandma can do that.
Let's move on to something better......
4.) DUMBELL FLYES (INCLINE): 100lbs/3 sets...You betta believe it! 9/8/8 for reps.
5.) FLAT DUMBELL PRESS: THIRD EXERCISE AND 130lb DB? FUK YEAH. ....3 sets...8/8/7...
6.)DECLINE BARBELL PRESS: Did three sets at 175lbs. Always use relatively light weight. Long rep cadence. I increased the hold on the static position for one additional second. So each rep took about 6 seconds (2 seconds on concentric, 2 second static, and 2 seconds on eccentric).
7.) Bench - 225lbs - Rep Max. Dont try this at home. You die.
Got 21 CLEAN ASS REPS.
Only one set though Beat last week by 1 rep and as my FIFTH exercise. COME. AT. ME. Gonna nail 25 reps. Im gonna do it. Believe it. Will video it too AS PER USUAL AS I DO ALL MY SHYT.

8.) DB Pullovers supersetted with good ol' fashion push ups. ENDURANCE...STAMINA.. WILL.... YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!! Want to nail 100lb DBs eventually. Right at this spot in my routine.
Superset with incline push ups this time. Four supersets!
1st set - 95lb DB and got 10 reps for the pullover. Then did 16 push ups.
2nd set - 95lb DB and got 9 reps for the pullover. Then did 13 push ups.
3rd set - 95lbs DB and got 8 reps for the pullover. Then did 12 push ups.
4th set - 95lbs DB and got 6 reps for the pullover. Then did 10 push ups.
Dont try this.....BLEEEEEED LEVEL....
9.) CABLE FLYES: PRRRRR! Here I did MFB-8. FTW! Seven sets, 30 seconds rest between sets, and with 100lbs....10-12 reps. BTW - again when I do these I ALWAYS hold the contracted position for a count of two then begin the negative portion of the rep. On the eight set increased weight to 100lbs and.................

Most people I'd assume were joking but for some reason I can definitely picture your grandma lifting real heavy. She's one of the few grandmas I'd be cool with being stronger than me

Manu,
have you noticed any change in strength levels now that you exclude BCAA's pre-workout?
Do you still take them post workout?

No BCAAs whatsoever now! Feel and see no difference whatsoever. Been running no BCAAs for a few weeks now. In fact, I feel stronger than ever in the gym. Go figure.
Hhahah!
Last year, I was visiting my cousin in LA and we did a leg training session together. We went to an all you can eat Indian buffet PWO.
We spent about two hours there and all I ate was tandoori chicken, naan, yogurt, and downed it with mango shakes.
After about two hours, the owner came to me and told me I had to go. Lol...SRS. He said the chicken was running low and may not have enough for dinner. He didn't charge me but told me I had to leave. I felt like I was getting kicked out of a club or something...lol.
Absolutely 100% true story! I OWNED that place I can throw down food. EASY.
Nice work!!!!BRAINS & GAINS

The above statement/post does not represent the opinions of anyone in real life. This is the internet. Not real life. Anyone who cannot grasp the difference between the two lacks the basic intelligence necessary for survival and should not be allowed to form opinions.

Hey Manu (or others) I need some advice as to what to add in to this Sheiko program, I got no idea what to add in to be honest.
Looking at that sheiko 29 spread sheet I got off Tom (Vienna) for week one it would be:
Monday: Bench and Squat aka chest / legs
Wednesday: Deadlift aka back etc
Friday: Bench and Squat aka chest / legs
So basically I need to add in some chins (just because I suck at them and want to get better), Bi / tri and shoulder work somewhere by the looks of it. Any suggestions when to add them in? Do you think I should add another day or just add them in the training days or just leave them out altogether for now?Repping BTK'ers and Aussies on sight.....
