I've been having some problems with my arm growth. There is nothing wrong with my diet because i've been bulking since march (can be seen in progress pictures).
Monday-chest
Tuesday-back
wed-off
Thurs-shoulders
Fri- arms(bi's+tri's)
sat- off
sun- legs
So far Ive noticed that my arms have generally grown in size due to my weight gain, about 1-2 inches. But the problem at hand is that I feel like I am hitting the muscle wrong.
The outside area of my arms feel as solid as a rock, but the insides feel a bit softer and pushed in (lack of peak). Here is a preview of what my workout on friday looks like ( a sample) in order
wide grip barbell curls
skull crushers
dumbbell curls
tricep rope
close grip e-z bar curls
metal v bar for tricep extensions (cable)
(order and workouts change every week)
I think maybe some reverse curls may help with peak issues? I'm not sure which curl exercise activates my problemed area the best.

You really don't need all those curls IMO. Progress on pullups to the point you are adding a couple 45's to your body weight and I bet you will have bigger arms then with your "arm" day. At that point you can start focusing on peaks and all that other stuff.

For me chin ups seem to hit the biceps more and pull ups hit the back a little more. I don't think it matters all that much as long as you are increasing the weight. Google muscle ups. Those will work out your arms. Need rings though.
