    I personally enjoy cardio so I wouldn't be able to cut it out. Im trying to eat more and gain mass without loosing my abs lol

    isnt that the dream? haha from what ive experienced, even when clean-bulking (1 pound a week) fat gains are inevitable =/. Honestly i think you have a bit more fat than 4% (dont always rely on tests), perhaps 6-7% but even with that if you bulk up to 10-11%, it would be very easy for you to cut down. I reckon you should go for it, hardout.

    well ive done 3 different bf tests pinch military and water submersion if you met me in real life I think you would see my bf is 4% I got veins sticking out of all corners of my body and my face is very drawn out. that being said whether its 4% 6% 7% in the end who rly cares about the numbers. im finishing up a 6 week cut then i think i will take your advice and go hard for the bulk

    I weighed 120 lbs and didn't lift at all. i now weight a bit over 200lbs and got a ton bigger (see my profile picture), and am currently trying to get back down to around the bodyfat% i was in that picture.

    i was up to 88kgs around january this year then i smoked heaps of weed and went down to 72, ended up in rehab once i got out i kicked the weed and bulked up to 92. was taking 2 weight gainer shakes a day aswell as smashing down the sandwiches with lean protein

    Yeah 6 months... No point in bulking if your going to put on fat in my oppinion... eat clean.. stay lean... unlike Slinkyfox above... I try not to put on fat. I'll be running another Bulk cycle here now.. should put on similar gains.. I'll have more pics in a few months... should be close to 200lbs.. Started out at 130lbs.
