Sup Brahs, 1-day log here. Been doing IF for the last few days. Didn't today cause I didn't feel like it typically I go back and fourth between eating whenever and IF. Woke up feeling great as usual. Killed upperbody was doing 2 sets of 12-15. Jogged to the gym for a warm up (~6-7mins) then;

Didn't feel like doing IF today so I ate
Pre-Workout
1/2 cup egg whites
2 eggs
5g coconut oil
2oz ground beef
2 tablespoons almond butter
1/2cup 1% milk
1 banana
SUPPS: 2 AOR multis, 1g Vit C, Digestive Enzyme, Probiotic.
Intra-Workout SUPPS: 2scoop Xtend, 5g Creatine, 5g BCAA powder.
Post-Workout
2 brownies
1cup 1% milk
2.5 scoops Allmax Pure isolate
Will be having 2 other meals later today.
10oz wild salmon
1cup broccoli
and
4eggs
1cup egg whites
Total Macros: 115g FAT / 150g CARBS / 260g PROTEIN ~2700 cals.
What a great way to diet. Hit dem macros, eat whenever you want. Although I try to keep the food more natural and healthy for the micronutrients, enzymes, and not all that artifical crap for the most part sometimes its just too good to be true when;
