Its been one year since I posted any pictures im not going to bother posting them in this thread, just check my profile picture and before and afters on my account, im weighing in at a legit 200lbs(90kgs) and im currently on a cut my lifts arnt very strong, I bench 112.5kgs for a one rep max now (no e-stats anymore brahs ) pulldown around 100-110kgs now bit of swinging nothing extreme body fats around about 14% at the moment, routines pretty similar different excercises and more focus on the upper chest now, do about an hour of boxing a day and 45 minutes to an hour of weights, as always keen for your feedback as long as its constructive, hope I inspire some people out there to train, still all natural

They were actually less than 16" probabbly around 15.7 but exaggeration took them to 16, nah but right now there around 17" or a bit under
howaboutno.jpg no idea what a freshman/sophomore is but thanks brah, yeah lifts are alright but nothing to be bragging about even compared to some people my age

thank you, nah longer than 2 years its gonna be 3 years this september, I do Boxing, as for the Rugby I did it for a while and im nothing special.
Monday-Friday pretty normal split monday: chest/tris tuesday: back/bis wednesday: shoulders/tris(sometimes) thursday: back/bis friday: chest/tris
