Yes, once. Back in 2006 I met this really cool latvian DJ chic in a hotel lounge in Paris. She called herself DJ ELLA and had just released her first album I think. I visited her in Riga and we went clubbing there. Very cool city!! Stayed at a really nice hotel calleg Grand Palace. Nice trip!!

This pic was actually taken in front of world gym at Koh Samui in Thailand. Never been to Koh Samed, though I would love to go there. In the gym at Samui, there was like 40 degrees celcius, no AC, heavy weights, lots of sweat, pics of olympia bodybuilders, industrial fans, some big juiced guys and lots of skinny muy thai fighters :-)☩♛ The VIKING Aesthetics Crew ♛☩

Thanks brah. Bulking up should be about 1-2 pounds a week. That would be ok. Getting stuck at bench you try this:
- Have person help you with some eccentric lifts for three weeks at 240.
- Do some lifts at 230-235 with a slight decline of 15%
