08-19-2011, 10:39 PM #31Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.

Wow, great job! I'm around your same height, although less muscular. I've got about 5-15 pounds left to go, and I'm hitting a wall, got any advice for me? What kind of food, calorie numbers, and exercise do you suggest? And did you use any weight loss supplement? I've lost 43 pounds so far without weight loss supplements but I'm considering them now since I'm hitting a very tough wall.

I love it when a married couple stays on a healthy lifestyle together. It's such a rare and weirdly intriguing thing.
That transformation is just amazing! All the best to your family and would like to see how your child turns out[Watdo?] - Want (''should'' for you naggers) bulk.

Thank you, we actually have two boys and that is a big goal for us; to keep them active. My wife has lost 40lbs as well, so I gained more wt. from the two pragnancies :-) My wife and I work together to keep each other healthy. I go to the gym in the mornings when everyone is sleeping, then she goes and a I take care of the kids. It is our lifestyle.
