Damn idk what to do next week. I feel like anything I do is gonna be a waste since I have to take a week off.
I have the idea of intentionally overtraining myself before I go away but that sounds kinda dumb

my bis could use some love too i think haha. I'm definitely gonna be hitting tris a lot harder once i start 29-30-31-32 though. For 29/30 every day that had 2 bench sessions I changed the 2nd one to floor press, and for 31 I put floor press as the main exercise. (also partially inanticipationof RC pain). I'm hoping that'll help my bench a lot because I do tend to fail near lockout.

interesting, im starting 37 on friday since i just finished 29, raised my #s a bit. i think i might throw in 2 accessory/hyper days in between on tues and thurs instead of adding accessory work in the end. looks like a bit more volume and a few more mandatory exercises so i doubt id be able to get all the accessory **** done in the same amount of time. i might mess around with some floor pressing, havent had any trouble with RCs at all though

I usually don't get any problems until the third program. I'm not sure if it's the program or the fact that I tend to add too much weight though. Regardless I need the tri work.
Accessory days sound good. Last year I used to come in on saturdays to do all my accessory stuff and everything turned out just fine.Idk my maxes at this point, I'm just starting back.. current PRs

Officially ending my bulk this week. I don't wanna get any bigger lol. I'm gonna stick to PL and just bring up my lagging bodyparts. Started a new log in the PL section that I'll start using 8/29.

Yeah I looked at 37 after editing it and I think I'm just gonna continue the accessory work after the main workouts like I've been doing because it doesn't seem like a huge increase in volume, just a few higher % sets with heavier weights for the most part
