    What to do after starting strength?

    I am looking for a very basic workout to follow after running starting strength for quite some time. I'm looking for a regiment that is focused much more on hypertrophy rather than strength.*

    What I did after starting strength:

    Day 1 - Back and Biceps

    Day 2 - Legs

    Day 3 - Chest and Triceps

    Day 4 - Shoulders/Traps and Abs

    Split it up however you want to. Stay in the 8-12 rep range for hypertrophy.

    I don't think I'm quite ready to start a program that only hits each bodypart once a week. I'm looking for something more along the lines of a push/pull, but I'm having a hard time trying to find a good one.
