Even though I'm on a sure deficit today, I still cringe at the fact that I ate 200 extra cals from the kinda-cooked fruit.
My Bench seems to be worse as the time goes by. The **** is wrong? I tried increase the bench by 1kg today, but lol I can't even lift the Barbell for the 3rd set.[Watdo?] - Want (''should'' for you naggers) bulk.

Okay, would try it out this Thursday. Tomorrow is my rest day.
I'm really strict with my deficit, so I probably had to reduce my protein intake as well ._.
Would rep if it works[Watdo?] - Want (''should'' for you naggers) bulk.

I took too much time off from lifting, yesterday I got back in the gym, the kitchen and quit smoking. I read the last page on smoking and hormonal changes, I know its not an easy thing to do. But at the end of the day it was costing me a whole bunch of money to smoke everyday and eat fast food. Preparing my own meals is cheaper, even if healthy food can be expensive.
Day 2 of quitting. I was used to rolling out of bed and lighting a smoke. I'm using the patch, it does seem to help quite a bit but I'm still a bit dizzy and its kind of hard to focus.
The cool things are..energy, I want to get up and move. I hit the treadmill yesterday. Breathing, I'm already breathing deeper. I noticed this as early as 2-3 hours after putting out my last smoke. My lungs feel like they're cleaning themselves out. Right now the coughing has started, something I didnt really do as a smoker.
I drank tons of water yesterday, I got these 1.5L water bottles from the store and I just bring one everywhere. I get lots of cravings in the car so I make sure I always have water. When I get tempted to light a smoke at a traffic light I take a huge chug of water instead.

Yesterday I didn't have much time to make full meals. Two protein shakes plus reheating some turkey burgers got my protein numbers in line, but zero veggies yesterday.
My intestines are not happy today. I better eat a pound of broccoli or spinach tonight. :P
Also, one week til I leave on a week's vacation. They're talking some pool-side time, but I'm not quite "beach-ready" as I'd hoped I'd be.Highest, 2008 --- 325 lbs

ive done days where i eat only protein too to try and bust through this with no luck, at this point i could probably eat nothing for a week straight and not lose, ive tried EC, everything. i dont know why im stuck at 206. it makes no sense, ive lost an average of 4-5lbs a week since i started and that was at 2500 cals, ive been at 2000 recently and even been dipping into 1800 and 1700 some days.

The signature weigh ins are about the only thing keeping my motivation. I know it's water weight, but it's still frustrating as hell----I should learn to stay off the scale in between, but can't fight the urge.
Went as low as 179.6 at one point, the volleyed back up to 184 after a HIGH carb day. Finally fell back to 180.0, almost 2 lbs off last week. Beats the HELL out of the 188 plateau.8/20:

Eat more, be consistent. Weight loss is not always linear. If you KNOW you are eating at a deficit, you are losing fat. Your body will sometimes hang onto water masking any fat loss.

New pics... Progress is slow, but it's coming along...
I took new progress pics today. Things are coming along, I guess... Slowly, but surely. Hopefully I'll be lean enough to feel good about starting a long and slow bulk within a couple of months.

I'm wondering about that...
I know what you mean, but I just feel like I'm still carrying too much fat to feel right about gaining any more. I haven't truly been straight-up skinny since I was 10 years old and I feel like I should get to that point first. I'm definitely looking forward to seeing if I can gain muscle and strength though - I've never actively tried to gain any sort of weight. Thanks for your comment. I will take it under consideration.

Good job man post a picture up.
I decided to put the diet aside again today and pretty much ate a ton of carbs already (ice cream, cheesecake, nutella, etc). Summer is almost over and I haven't decided if I want to really bulk yet or not. Either way I'm going to jump rope for around 90 minutes a little later to try and burn off some calories from today.
